Ok, let’s get to our 76ers vs Heat prediction.
East’s top two teams face off
Now, this is a matchup we’ve been waiting to see. The East’s top two teams, who are both scorching hot face off in Miami for a huge game that could have massive playoff implications.
The heat sits at 42-22 and first place in the East. They are two and a half games above the Sixers. They have won 10 of their last 12 games. They’re coming off of a 113-107 win in Brooklyn where Bam Adebayo dominated with 30 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists.
Since the James Harden trade, the Sixers have won three straight games. In those games, Harden and Embiid combined for 60.0 points, 23.7 made free throws, 19.3 rebounds, and 15.6 assists. They just seemed like the most unstoppable duo in basketball right now.
I am a little biased here because I am a Heat fan but I do think the heat will stun the Sixers here. The Heat just playing too well right now to lose, especially at home where they are 21-7.
Both of these offenses are firing on all cylinders and I expect a ton of points to be put up here.
I think Bam Adebayo will prove to be the difference here as he will guard and hopefully limit Joel Embiid.
