The Los Angeles Lakers are back and coming for it all. After struggling, the Lakers traded many pieces away and made necessary moves for their roster. The trio of LeBron James, Anthony Davis and D’Angelo Russell has the lakers a scary team and a true contender for the finals. The Lakers have won 6 of their last 10 including two games in a row. Los Angeles is currently the 7th seed in the Western Conference with a record of 39-38. 

The Houston Rockets have the second worst record in the NBA. The Rockets are the 15th seed in the Western Conference and in the running for the #1 overall pick Victor Wembayana. The Rockets have won 3 of their last 10 games with the most recent win being against the only team in the league with a worse record than them. The Rockets have a negative record at home at 13-26. 

The Lakers are currently on fire and running through anything that gets in their way. LeBron James and the Lakers know that they have a true shot at the title and are currently storming through the opposition. This game should be a blowout and for those reasons I really like the Lakers in this matchup.
