The Bulls finished the season 40-42 on the season. They finished as the 10 seed in the East behind a strong surge at the end of the season. They have won two in a row coming into this one and six of their last ten games overall.

The Raptors finished the season 41-41 on the season. They finished as the nine seed courtesy of losing a tie breaker to the Hawks. The Raptors are coming into this one coming off of a win over the Bucks who rested most of their players. 

I like the Bulls in this one. They have surged here at the end of the season. They have won in 11 of their last 17 games. They are also 9-6 ATS in their last 15 games. The Raptors are a good team but the Bulls are playing great basketball and I think they could win this game outright. This is going to be a one possession game that comes down to the last play.
