The Denver Nuggets are the 1st seed in the Western Conference. The Nuggets finished the season with a 53-29 record. They rolled through the first three games of the first round but were then beat in game four by the Wolves in game four.

The Minnesota Timberwolves are the 8th seed in the Western Conference. Their record in the regular season was 42-40. The Wolves have been up and down this season but lost the first three games of the first round. Anthony Edwards led them to a win but this series seems to be over. 

Take the Wolves in this one. I do think Denver ends this series and wins this series in five games but the Wolves should be in this game until the end. The Nuggets are the one seed for a reason but the Wolves still have a ton of talent and are desperate. They are not going to go down quietly.
