Both of these teams have fallen off the face of the Earth lately. Combined these two teams have lost seven straight games. If you want to dive in deeper they’re 5-15 in their last 20 games combined.
The Lakers are coming off of a brutal loss to the Clippers. The Clippers have now swept the season series against the Lakers. The Lakers are now 27-35 and are actually at risk of missing the Play-In Tournament. There’s just nothing else LeBron James can do.
The Warriors are also struggling mightily. There are only 15-14 this season when Draymond Green does not play. Even getting Klay Thompson back for the last game they were still beat. The Mavericks dominated the game from start to finish. Steph Curry is really becoming a defensive liability because Draymond Green is not on the court.
