Both off disappointing losses Bulls and Hawks looking for a win.
The Hawks and the Bulls are both coming off of disappointing losses. The Hawks are coming off of a 107-98 loss to the red-hot Celtics. It may not seem like that bad of a loss but the Hawks were up by double digits for most of the game and they blew it.
The Bulls are coming off of a 112-99 loss to the Heat. The game was not competitive and Miami led throughout all of it. The Bulls have now lost two straight games to the Grizzlies and Heat.
I think this may be a bit of a trap line. The Bulls are second in the Eastern Conference that they’re only favored by 3.5 points here. The Bulls and the Hawks played just three games ago the Bulls won 112-108 in Chicago. It’s surprising to me how the Bulls are favored by basically what they won the previous game by even though that game was in Chicago and this one is in Atlanta.
I think the books are begging you to take the Bulls here. But Atlanta is playing pretty well as of late. They dominated most of that Celtics game and killed the Raptors in their previous game.
So for our Bulls vs. Hawks expert prediction take the Hawks +3.5.
