Yankees look to build on huge Subway Series
The Yankees just took a much needed sweep in their Subway Series against the Mets. They took both games and have now won three in a row. They are 76-48 on the season and are three games behind the Astros in the AL.
The A’s are the worst team in the AL. They are 46-79 on the season. They are coming off of a win over the Marlins. They haven’t been playing too bad lately as they have won five of their last ten.
The A’s just cannot hit the baseball and I am gonna count on that here. They are going up against Jameson Taillon who is 11-4 with a 4.00 ERA. He will face James Kaprielian who is 3-7 with a 4.29 ERA. Both of these guys will have decent days. The Yankees haven’t exactly been world beaters on offense as they have scored four runs or less in six straight games.
So for our Yankees vs. A’s expert play take the under 7 runs.
