Who will take control in NL East

The Mets are in a bit of a slump right now, at least by their standards. They are 53-33 on the season but are 6-4 in their last ten and are coming off of a loss to the Marlins. They are now only 1.5 games ahead of the Braves in the NL East. 

The Braves have now won three in a row. Ever since the start of their MLB high 14 game win streak they have been gaining on the Mets. They are coming off of a series sweep of the Nationals. Dansby Swanson and Austin Riley have been great lately. They are 52-35 on the season. 

Spencer Strider will be on the bump for the Braves. He has been great as of late. He has gone six innings in each of his last three starts and only given up one run through those starts. He will be facing David Peterson who over his last five starts has a 4.15 ERA. I love the Braves in this one. They are the hotter team and have a pitcher on the mound who is absolutely dealing right now.
