White Sox visit first place Astros

The White Sox have been playing great baseball as of late. They are coming off of three straight wins over the Tigers. They are now 30-31 on the season. They are only five games back of the first-place Twins in the AL Central. 

The Astros are still themselves. They have won three of their last four games against the Marlins and Rangers. They have the second biggest lead in a division this season as the second place Rangers are a full nine games back. 

The Astros have their ace on the mound and the AL Cy Young award leader on the mound in Justin Verlander. The ageless wonder is now 8-2 on the season with a 1.94 ERA. He will be facing Johnny Cueto who is 0-3 with a 3.53 ERA. Cueto is 0-3 but his ERA is good and he has been a quality pitcher his whole career. Plus, the Astros rank in the bottom third of the MLB in runs scored.
