White Sox and Mets meet in New York

The White Sox are not having the season they hoped for as they are currently sitting down in 4th in the AL Central with a 40-56 record. They don’t seem to be turning it around anytime soon as they’ve only won 3 of their last 10.

The Mets had a catastrophic first half after coming in with high expectations and the league’s highest payroll. They sit down in 4th of the NL East with a 44-50 record. They have won 6 of their last 10 but need a great second half to catch up to the rest of the NL.

Take the White Sox in this one. Kopech hasn’t been great with a 3-8 record and 4.47 ERA but has shown some great potential. On the other side Quintana is making his first appearance this year and the White Sox should take advantage of that.
