Two teams chasing the top battle

The Guardians are doing pretty well sitting 2nd in the AL Central with a 53-54 record. They sit 0.5 game back of the division lead and would love to take it away from the Twins who have been atop for a long time. They’ve won 6 of their last 10 but the Astros will be a tough team to continue that winning against.

The Astros are one of the better teams in the league as they’ve been the last decade. They sit 2nd in their division with a 60-47 record. Only 0.5 games back of the Rangers this series is vital. They’ve won 6 of their last 10 and look to continue that against the Guardians.

Take the Guardians in this game. Although the Astros are the better team, Bibee should carry Cleveland to victory. He’s been very good this year with a 3.11 ERA and a 7-2 record. On the other side Ronel Blanco hasn’t been great with a 4.70 ERA and a 2-1 record.
