Now let’s get to our Boston Red Sox vs Minnesota Twins prediction.
Red Sox Loss
The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota twins are two opposite organizations at this point in time. The Twins have everything to play for as they are fighting to keep their postseason dreams alive, but the Red Sox on the other hand quite literally have nothing to fight for. Boston currently has a 1.5% chance of making the postseason so we can basically rule them out. The Minnesota Twins still have an uphill climb if they want to make the playoffs as they only have a 17% chance of making it according to ESPNs analytics. But that number jumped up significantly as they have won the last three games which has brought them to 2.5 games behind the Cleveland guardians for the division lead.
The twins had that division lead the majority of the season and have had it the most of any other team in that division this year, but it won’t be easy to reclaim. Lucky for them they’re playing a Boston Red Sox game that has nothing left to play for as they have dropped all the way down to last place in their division. Boston is sending out Brayan Bello. Bello allowed two runs on six hits, one walk and seven strikeouts over five innings in Wednesday’s 3-2 extra-inning loss versus Toronto in his last outing. The Twins are sending out Dylan Bundy. Bundy (7-6) was handed the loss by Houston on Wednesday. He pitched five innings and allowed two runs on three hits and one walk without notching a strikeout.
For our expert Minnesota Twins vs Boston Red Sox parlay take the Twins moneyline and the over.
