The Blue Jays have been surprising in a bad way. I thought this team would be much better than three games above 500 43 games into the season. They also rank 25th in runs scored. That is horrible for a team that many thought would have the best offense in baseball. They are third in the NL East and 7.5 games behind the Yankees.
The Angels have been surprising in a good way. They rank fourth in runs scored and are 27-18. They only sit two games back of the Astros in the AL West. If they can stay healthy this season they can definitely secure a Wild Card and compete for the division.
Despite the Angels having a top offense I like the under in this game. Alek Manoah will be on the mound for the Blue Jays and he is 5-1 with a 1.62 ERA this season. Chase Silseth will be on the mound for the Angels and he has been pretty good throughout his first two starts as he has a 2.61 ERA this season.
