The twins will be looking for the sweep here. They have won the first two games versus the Rays. The twins are now 35-26 on the season and have built a six-game lead in the AL Central. 

The Rays have now dropped two straight games to drop to 34-25. They have been passed by the Blue Jays and are 0.5 games behind them and 8.5 back of the Yankees. 

I think the Twins don’t complete the sweep here. Jeffrey Springs is on the mound for the Rays and he has been great this season with a 1.62 ERA. The Twins will have Cole Sands on the mound. Sands has been absolutely horrific this season with a 0-2 ERA and a 8.42 ERA. Springs and the Rays will win this battle. I also think this game goes over. The first two games in this series have both gone over as the two teams have combined for 24 runs.
