The Chicago White Sox (37-39) will take on the Minnesota Twins (45-36) at Guaranteed Rate Field on Monday. The pitchers set to take the mound are Dylan Bundy and Johnny Cueto. These American League Central divisional opponents entered the season in different trajectories than they are currently on. The White Sox were by far the favorites to win the division, and yet, now roughly 80 games into the season, it is the Minnesota Twins atop it, and Chicago isn’t even in second place. Rather they are in third, and are 5.5 games behind the Twins. 

A win tonight against Minnesota could do wonders for this team however, as that would be win number 3 in a row for the White Sox, as they have won their previous two games against the Giants before this.
