The Tigers are actually playing good baseball right now. I don’t think we have said that in a sentence this season. They have won seven of their last ten games and are now 35-47 on the season.

The White Sox have just been average all season. They are now 39-42 on the season. And like always they are average as they are 5-5 in their last ten games. They need to pick it up soon if they want to be in the playoffs.

The White Sox will have the veteran right hander Johnny Cueto on the mound. Cueto has been consistently decent this year as he has allowed three or less runs in every start except one. Garrett Hill will pitch for the Tigers and he has only made one start this year. I love the under here as Cueto is very reliable and in Hill’s one start this year he went six innings and only gave up one run on two hits.
