The Tigers don’t have as bad of a record as many people thought they would coming into the season. They are now 45-54 on the year and are playing pretty decent at the moment with a 6-4 record in their last ten games. 

The Giants are 54-45 on the year. They are four games back of the Dodgers for first place in the NL West. They are also 6-4 in their last ten games and are playing decently.
