Battle in the Big Apple
The Mets are in shambles. They are crashing and crashing hard right now. They are now 31-35 on the season and are now fourth in the NL East and 9.5 games back of the first place Braves. They are now an abysmal 2-8 in their last ten games.
The Yankees aren’t playing too well themselves but they are still third place in the division. They have the fourth best record in the AL this season and they should compete for a Wild Card spot. They aren’t playing great right now as they are 4-6 in their last ten games.
In our other video we took the Yankees to cover the 1.5 run spread here. I also like the over in this one. As we mentioned in our other video the Yankeees should be able to get to Scherzer in this one. If you look to the other side you see Luis Severino who hasn’t been anything special this season. He has a 5.75 ERA through four starts this season. He has only gone more than five innings once. These teams should put up 5+ runs each in this one.
