The Giants are having a decent season and are scrapping for a wildcard spot. They sit 3rd in their division with a 70-68 record. Only winning 4 of their last 10 if they continue this form they’ll be out of a postseason spot very soon. They are only 1 game behind the final spot so wins here could be important.

The Cubs are having a solid season sitting 2nd in their division with a 74-64 record. Only 2.5 games behind the Brewers they are hot on their heels and would love to take this division. Winning 7 of their last 10 they are in good form and look to keep it going at home.
