Angels and Rays clash

The Angels did not have the season they hoped for and are eliminated from playoff contention. They are 68-82 on the season and are down in 4th of the division. They’ve only won 4 of their last 10 and their season is simply over. This team will probably lose Ohtani in the offseason and should be looking to go into a rebuild.

The Rays are having a great season sitting at 92-59 but second place in their division. They have won 7 of their last 10 and closed the gap between the Orioles down to 2.5 games. With a good run in this final stretch they could steal this division.

Take the Rays in this game. They are in much better form and have so much to play for while the Angels season is over. On top of that Civale is on the mound he’s  been great for Tampa with a 3.06 ERA and 7-3 record. We don’t know who will be on the mound for the Angels but it shoudn’t matter.
