Streaking Jays visit Fenway

The Blue Jays are coming off of a sweep of the Royals. They have now won three straight games. They are 50-43 on the season. They have made some ground on the Rays and are only 1.5 games back of the top Wild Card spot. 

The Red Sox have been slumping a bit. They have lost two straight to the Yankees and overall they have lost seven of their last ten games. They are now 48-45 on the season and are at risk of falling into last place as the Orioles are 46-46 on the season. 

This is a good pitching matchup as Alek Manoah and Kutter Crawford are on the mound. Manoah 10-4 with a 2.28 ERA on the season. Crawford hasn’t been as good as he is 2-2 with a 4.50 ERA. I love the Jays here. Manoah is coming off of a great appearance in the All-Star game and the Jays are the hotter team visiting a slumping team.
