The Dodgers have been the clear favorites not only in their division, not only in their conference, but also in the entire MLB. And although they still are the favorites, the blockbuster acquisition of Juan Sotot by the Padres have made things far more interesting. In his first two games as a Padre, Soto has already gotten 3 hits and was walked once. Now he gets his first taste of the Dodgers as divisional rivals. You can tell there is hype around San Diego now as the Dodgers only enter tonight as -140 favorites, a much lower number than they usually enter as. We told you to take the Padres in the first game of this series, and so tonight expect LA to bounce back. 

 

The Pitching matchup is a great one tonight between Yu Darvish of the Padres and Tyler Anderson of the Dodgers. Both pitchers have ERAs of sub 3.40, and both have won at least 10 games. Both are coming off win and will be out firing.
