Series Tied 5-5 Between Dodgers and Diamondbacks 

The Arizona Diamondbacks are 2nd in the NL West, and after a horrendous start to the second half of the season, the D’backs have come crawling back. At 69-62, Arizona has a 55.6% chance to reach the postseason, which will only improve if they continue to win. In their last 10, the D’backs went 8-2, averaging 5.2 runs, 8.3 hits, 0.8 home runs, 3.6 runs allowed, and a 3.19 ERA over that 10 games stretch. Arizona is 5-5 against the Dodgers overall, and 2-2 in Dodger Stadium. 

The Los Angeles Dodgers remain a force in the MLB. They lead the NL West by 12.0 games, and after posting a 7-3 record in their last 10, the Dodgers have improved to 80-49 on the season. LA is one of two teams in the NL with at least 80 wins, making the Dodgers one of the toughest teams to beat in the league. They are brilliant at home, winning 67.19% of their games in Dodger Stadium, and I expect that dominance to shine though against the Diamondbacks in this one.
