Royals look to snap losing streak in Tampa

The Royals have now lost four straight games. They are now 36-57 on the season and have the second worst record in the AL. They also have the third worst run differential in the MLB. 

The Rays are playing pretty well right now. They have won two in a row and seven of their last ten games. They are now 52-41 on the season. They have a 1.5 game lead on the first Wild Card spot as they lead the way in the AL.

I am taking the Rays here. They are one of the best teams in the MLB and are visiting one of the worst. Plus, the Royals aren’t playing well right now while the Rays are. On top of that, the Rays will clearly have the pitching advantage here as they have Jefferey Springs who has a 3-2 record and a 2.53 ERA on the season. The Rays get to face Kris Bubic who has been horrible with a 1-6 record and a 5.87 ERA.
