The Padres are now ahead of the Dodgers and have the second best record in the NL. Remember, they’re doing this without Fernando Tatis Jr. 

The Rockies are now 27-36 on the season. They have lost two straight games to the Guardians and are last in the NL West. They have the second worst run differential in the NL at -67. 

I have to take the Padres here. They are playing great baseball right now and have the better pitcher on the mound in Mackenzie Gore. Gore is currently first in the Rookie of the Year standings. He is 4-2 with a 2.50 era. The Padres will be facing Kyle Freeland who is 2-5 with a 4.39 era. The Padres offense has put up run totals of 12 and 19 over their last four games so they are on fire.
