Rays visit in-state rivals

The Rays have just been quietly winning games. Even though many aren’t talking about them the Rays are now 70-57 on the season and own the first Wild Card spot in the AL. They are doing this without Wander Franco and I think getting him back will boost this team even more. 

The Marlins season is over. The main storyline has now become Sandy Alcantara as he continues to march towards his first Cy Young win. They have lost two in a row and seven of ten. 

The Rays will have Drew Rasmussen on the mound. He has been great as of late. Over his last five starts, Rasmussen is 3-1 with a 1.60 ERA. He will face Trevor Rogers. Rogers had an insane rookie season but this year he has regressed a ton as he has a 4-10 record and a 5.85 ERA on the season. I think the Rays will dominate as they have a pitcher who is unhittable right now against one of the worst hitting teams in the MLB. That is why I also love the under here. The Marlins cannot hit and Rogers still has enough raw talent to disallow an explosion from the Rays here.
