The Blue Jays are now 44-33 on the season. They are coming off of two straight wins over the Rays. These were big as they moved back into second place in the division. They now hold a 3.5 game lead over the Rays and a 1.5 game lead over the Red Sox.

The Rays are coming off of four straight losses to the Brewers and Blue Jays. They are now 40-36 on the season and have slowly been losing a lot of ground in the division. They better pick it up soon or they are going to fall very far behind.
