Yankees season continues to slip away

The Yankees season has completely gotten away from them over the last month or so. Despite the heroics of Aaron Judge the Yankees are just 2-8 in their last ten games and are now 62-68 on the year. They are in last place in the AL East. 

The Tigers are 59-71 on the season. They actually have an outside shot at the playoffs considering how bad their division has been. They are 8.5 games back of first in the AL Central. They are coming off of two straight losses. 

I like the Yankees in this game. The Tigers are going to be starting Trevor Skubal in this one and he has not been great lately. Over his last three starts he has a 4.74 ERA. He is facing Michael King who has actually been good lately giving up no runs in two of his last three outings. The Yankees should take care of the Tigers in this one.
