The Yankees are now 58-22 on the season. They are still on track for around 120 wins on the season. This puts them in a great position to break the wins record. They are coming off of a loss to the Guardians where they scored 0 runs. 

The Pirates are now 32-47 on the season. They are coming off of a four game series that they split with the Brewers. They are overperforming and developing their prospects this year. 

I think the under is a great play here. Jameson Taillon is on the mound for the Yanks and he has a 9-1 record with a 3.32 ERA on the season. Jose Quintana will be on the mound for the Pirates and he is coming off of two great starts as he went six innings in both and gave up three runs combined. This will be a pitchers duel.
