Mets look to extend lead in NL East

The Mets are now 97-57 on the season. They have won eight games in a row and are coming off of a 13-4 win over the A’s. They really have stepped on the gas pedal and for good reason because the Braves are only 1.5 games behind them.
The Marlins season is obviously over. They are 63-90 on the season and are coming off of a bad 6-1 loss to the Nationals. They just announced that they will not be bringing back Don Mattingly for next season. Sandy Alcantara is going to win the Cy Young though.

Carlos Carrasco will be on the mound against Pablo Lopez. Their records are a bit misleading though as even though Carrasco is 15-6 while Lopez is 9-10 even though he has better numbers this season. The Marlins cannot hit though. I love the under here. I think Lopez can limit the Mets while Carrasco gets what may be his easiest start this season.
