The Astros are still first in the AL West by a considerable amount despite being up-and-down over the last couple weeks. They are 4-6 in their last ten games and are coming off a loss to the Rangers. They are now 37-24 on the season.

The Rangers are now 29-31 on the season and are second in the AL West. They have won three straight games over White Sox and the Astros. They are playing good baseball right now.

The Stros will have Luis Garcia on the mound who is 3-5 on the season but has a decent ERA of 3.6. The Rangers will be going with a bullpen game in this one.
