This is the first series that the Rockies and the Brewers have met up in the season. The lines for both these first two games that they have played to this point have been quite lopsided, with the Brewers opening up as more than two to one favorites in both games. Chad Cole will be coming off a game against the San Diego Padres in which he walked four hitters and allowed three runs on seven hits, while only posting two strikeouts. So expect him to look to take advantage against this Milwaukee Brewers team, who ranks 23rd in team Batting average. The same can be said for Brewers pitcher Eric Lauer, who was actually coming off one of his better performances where he went seven innings deep against the Giants. He will have to have a repeat performance of his last outing if he wants to keep the Rockies, who rank in the top three in team batting average and check.
