Tonight we have the final game of a four-game series between the Guardians and the Red Sox. Both these teams are eager to pick up crucial wins against each other, as they are both two teams fighting for playoff contention. Both these teams are on the outside looking in, but are only 3.5  games out. Cleveland took the second and most recent game of the series by a score of eight to three after the Red Sox handed them a three one loss. The starting pitching matchup tonight will be between Tristan McKenzie of the Guardians and Kutter Crawford of the Red Sox. Mackenzie has had a better season than Crawford to this point as he has an ERA of 3.11 compared to Crawford’s 4.50 and a record of 7-6 compared to Crawford’s 2-3.
