Fading Twins host resurgent Jays

The Twins aren’t playing their best baseball right now. They have only won four out of their last ten games and are now 56-50 on the season. They now only have a two game lead on the Twins and White Sox in the NL Central.

The Blue Jays have now won six of their last ten games and are 59-47 on the season. They have put some distance between themselves and everyone else in the Wild Card race as they own the first spot and have a 2.5 game lead over the second spot. 

I like the Jays here. They will have Kevin Gausman on the mound who is 8-8 on the season with a 3.06 ERA. He will be facing Chris Archer who is 2-5 and has a 4.05 ERA on the season. Gausman is coming off of what might be the best start of his season as he went eight innings and gave up 0 runs in a win. I think Archer is savvy enough to not get blown up by the Jays here though.
