Easy Game for the Yankees 

The New York Yankees are currently 88-58 and are in first place in the AL East. Over their last 10 games, the Yankees are 6-4 and are currently on a one-game winning streak. They are coming off of a series on the road against the Milwaukee Brewers where they lost two of the three games they played. The Yankees have already played the Pirates twice this year and the series is tied. In their last game, they won 16-0.  

The Pittsburgh Pirates, on the other hand, are currently 55-92, which is last place in the NL West, and have been eliminated from playoff contention. Over their last 10 games, they are 4-6 and are currently on a four-game losing streak. The Pirates are coming off a series against the New York Mets where they lost all 4 games on the road. 

In this game, the Yankees will have Nestor Cortes take the mound for them and Roansy Contreras for the Pirates. On the season, Cortes is 10-4 with an ERA of 2.70 and a WHIP of 0.95.
