Dbacks look to regain early season form
The Diamondbacks have had a great first half of the season. They sit in first place in the NL West with a record of 50-35. They are three games ahead of the second place Dodgers. They are just 5-5 in their last ten games though.
The Mets are having a horrible season and it has just gotten worse over the last couple of weeks. They are in fourth place in the NL East and are 38-46 on the season. They are just 4-6 in their last ten games and they need to figure it out fast.
The Mets definitely have the better pitcher on the mound in Kodai Senga but the Dbacks are just the better team and are at home in this one. They have also won two of their last three games. The Mets are in a bad rut right now and I think the Diamondbacks are just too good of a team here to lose the first game of this series at home.
