Padres and Cardinals battle

The Padres are not having a great season after coming in with high expectations. They are down in 4th of their division with a 62-70 record. Only winning 4 of their last 10 they need to turn it around now if they want any chance at a playoff spot.

The Cardinals are probably the biggest disappointment in baseball this year. They are down in last place in the NL Central with a 56-76 record. They seem to be getting worse winning only 2 of their last 10, the Cardinals and their fans just want their nightmare season to end.

Take the Padres in this game. Both pitchers are pretty evenly matched but the Cardinals can’t seem to get anything right. Mikolas hasn’t been great with a 4.66 ERA and 6-10 record.
