Cabrera looks to keep on rolling

The Marlins were in the Wild Card race up until about three weeks ago. They are now 50-65 on the season and have lost four straight games. They have lost eight of their last ten. 

The Padres are coming off of a nice win over the lowly Nationals. They are now 65-52 on the season and are second in the NL Wild Card standings. They lost Fernando Tatis Jr. for the season though as he tested positive for PEDs.

The Marlins will have their young star in Edward Cabrera on the mound in this one. Cabrera is 3-1 on the season with a 2.05 ERA. He is coming off of back to back shutout starts. He will be facing Sean Manaea who is 6-6 with a 4.76 ERA. I like the Marlins to beat the Padres here. Cabrera has been dealing lately and I don’t see that slowing down anytime soon. I think the Marlins can get to Manaea a bit. I also like the under. I think this game will finish with a 3-2 win for the fish or something around there.
