Now let’s get to our Milwaukee Brewers vs Tampa Bay Rays prediction.

Brewers need A Win

The Milwaukee Brewers are in desperate need of a win as the St. Louis Cardinals are now on a seven game one streak that has not only taken first place of the division from the Brewers but has put the Brewers in a two game hole. Milwaukee struggled last week losing three games in a row and now enter tonight‘s game having lost five of their last 10. That won’t be good enough if they want to take their division and guarantee a playoff spot for them.

The pitching matchup movie One to watch tonight as the Rays take on the Brewers. Jeffrey Spings is def to start for the Rays. I’m his last outing Springs (4-3) allowed two unearned runs on four hits and struck out six over six innings to earn the win Thursday over the Tigers.

Springs had to work around a pair of errors from Yandy Diaz in the third inning, which ultimately allowed two runs to score. Other than that, Springs was sharp in his longest start since June 24. The southpaw threw 60 of 85 pitches for strikes. For the season, he has a 2.50 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 83:16 K:BB across 22 outings.

For Milwaukee it will be Brandon Woodruff. His last start ended with him allowing three runs on eight hits and three walks over 6.1 innings in a 5-4 loss to the Pirates. He struck out three.
