Brewers and Mets both in desperate need of wins

The Mets are 94-55 on the season. They have won five games in a row but they cannot afford to let up off the gas as the Braves are only one game back of them. The Braves are 92-55 on the season and have won four games in a row. 

If the season ended today the Brewers would have the best record for non playoff teams. They are 78-69 on the season and they have won seven of their last ten games. They are 2.5 games back of the Phillies and three games back of the Padres for the last two Wild Card spots.

I love the Mets in this one. They will have Taijuan Walker on the mound who is 12-4 on the season with a 3.42 ERA. He will be facing Adrian Houser who is 6-9 with a 4.85 ERA on the season. Houser got killed in his last start against the Yankees as he gave up seven hits and four runs in just three innings of work. I think the Mets kill Houser here while Walker limits this Brewers offense.
