Blue Jays look to keep gaining on Yankees in Detroit

After a poor start to the season the Blue Jays have really started to play well. They have won seven of their last 10 games and are now 33-23 on the season. They are now 7.5 games behind the Yankees for the division lead. Plus, it looks like Vladdy is getting hot. 

The Tigers are coming off of two straight wins over the Pirates. They are now 23-33 on the season. If you eliminate their last series against the Yankees they have won seven of their last eight games. They are playing much better as of late. 

I know the Tigers are playing better as of late but Kevin Gausman is on the mound for the Blue Jays here. He has started in 11 games this season and has yet to give up more than three earned runs in one outing. He is one of their top pitchers and will dominate. The Tigers will have Beau Brieske on the mound who is 0-5 on the season and has a 4.93 ERA.\
