Battle of AL heavyweights

The Yankees are on fire right now. They have won six games in a row and eight of their last ten. Their starting rotation has been insane as of late. They are the best team in the MLB as they have a 39-15 record, three games better than the second place Mets. 

The Twins haven’t been too shabby themselves. They are 32-24 on the season and lead the AL Central by 4.5 games. They are coming off of a series where they took two of three games from the hottest team in the league in the Jays.

I like the Yankees through the first five innings here. They have James Taillon on the mound and this way I don’t have to worry about their bullpen. Taillon is coming off of back to back eight inning starts where he gave up one run and 0 runs. The Twins will have Cole Sands on the mound who has a 7.88 ERA through three starts. I don’t want to have to rely on the bullpen in this game.
