They got right back on the winning column though, just one day after as they shut out the Mariners and won 2-0. They have a good starting schedule if they like to start another winning streak, as they now face the Oakland A’s in three straight games. These two teams matched up a little over a week ago in a different three game stint, which the Red Sox Swept. 

The Oakland A’s don’t have much left to play for in a lost season that has them currently sitting in last place in their division with a record 20 games under the .500 mark. But this team hasn’t given up completely as they put up 10 runs against the Guardians just two games ago.
