Uconn looks to bounce back from an all-time bad season
The Huskies were probably the worst team in division one football last year as they went 1-11 on the season. Their only win was a 21-15 defeat of Yale. They are hoping they could improve at least a little bit from last year as the only way from here is up.
The Aggies had a great year last year. They went 11-3 on the season and finished the year ranked as the 24th best team in the nation. They finished the season winning three in a row, capped off by a 24-13 win in the LA Bowl over the Beavers of Oregon State.
The Aggies will be getting back their star quarterback from last year in Logan Bonner. Bonner was stellar last season as he threw for 3,628 yards and added 36 touchdowns. They are also getting back their number two wide receiver in Brandon Bowling who put up 835 yards last season. UCONN put up 17 points in their last two games last season and this is a better team. I think Uconn can get to anywhere from 20-30 points in this game. The Aggies may beat this over by themselves behind Bonner’s arm. Look for them to have their foot on the scoring pedal the entire game. They could easily put up 45+ points here.
