Tulane getting enough respect in Houston?

Houston is coming off of a nice bounce back 34-27 win over Rice. They had lost two straight games before that to Kansas and Texas Tech. They were competitive in both games, especially in the Texas Tech game as they lost 33-30 in overtime. 

Tulane is now 3-1 on the season. They started off the season with three straight wins, two of which were massive blowouts as they beat UMass 42-10 and Alcorn State 52-0. They then disappointed in week four as they lost to Southern Miss in a close one 27-24. 

Houston owns a 19-7 record in the series against Tulane and has won the last two games. I think a lot of people are going to be betting Tulane in this one but Houston is probably the better team. Other than a tough loss to a surprise Kansas win they have been playing great football all season. Look for the Cougars to surprise some people here.
