The Iron Bowl

Alabama is having a sneaky good season and are trying to sneak into the CFP. They sit at 10-1 and have won 9 straight games. With their only loss coming to Texas if Bama can win the SEC they have a great shot at getting in. After having some quarterback problems early in the year Jalen Milroe has cemented himself as the star. The offense isn’t as dominant as recent Alabama teams but can put up points against anyone. Defensively the tide are one of the best units in the country allowing just 17.4 points a game ranking them 14th.

Auburn is not having a great season, just barely bowl eligible at 6-5 on the year. They are looking to spoil the Tide’s season and grab their first win since 2019 in this series. This team is very streaky and can’t seem to find any consistency. They are solid on defense allowing 21.5 a game led by a great passing defense. Offensively they have been great running the ball but are 121st passing the ball and will struggle to move the ball against this Bama team.

Take Alabama in this one. This rivalry may be the best in college football but shouldn’t be too competitive this year. Auburn is coming off a loss to New Mexico State and Bama is on an absolute tear.
