NC State looks to start strong in Connecticut

NC State had a solid year last year going 8-4 during the regular season but suffered a close loss in their bowl game. They dominated this matchup last year with a 41-10 win. Transfer Brennan Armstrong is looking to start his season strong after having a solid career at UVA.

Uconn does have a chance to cover in this game. They return 17 starters from last year’s team and look to make a big jump. Their defense made a huge improvement last year and look to take another step and get UConn to another bowl game.
