Louisville Cardinals Take On The Blue Devils
The 5-2 Duke Blue Devils are No. 20 in the country, and are gearing up for a showdown with the 6-1 Louisville Cardinals. Louisville is No. 18 in the country, putting them two spots ahead of Duke, but questions surrounding the Cardinals top-25 ranking arose after Louisville lost 21-38 to the 2-4 Pittsburgh Panthers. The only thing keeping the Cardinals in the top-25 is their 33-20 victory over No. 14 Notre Dame, a team Duke lost to 21-14 earlier this season.
It will be a wild game, but I like the Louisville Cardinals in this one. They are undefeated at home, and while last week’s loss was a major blunder in an otherwise perfect season, the Cardinals will bounce back. Duke has yet to beat a ranked opponent this season, losing to both No. 14 Notre Dame and No. 4 Florida State. The Cardinals can recover at home, where they are unbeaten and average 48.3 points per game, after last week’s debacle. Duke will keep it close, but Louisville will ultimately win the game.
So for our (20)Duke vs. (18)Louisville expert pick, take the Louisville Cardinals Moneyline (-196) on Saturday.
