Baylor is 3-1 on the season. They lost in week two to BYU on the road in a close 26-20 games. Last week they picked up a nice 31-24 win over Iowa St. Baylor and OK state look like the two biggest playoff contenders for the big 12 now after Oklahoma’s loss last week.

Oklahoma State has started the season off 3-0. They are now ranked ninth in the nation. This will be their first real test though as they haven’t played anyone to write home about.

These two teams played twice last season. The Cowboys won the regular season matchup but then lost in the conference championship 21-16. A win would’ve sent them to the college football playoffs. We already mentioned that in one of last year’s matchups the score was 21-16, in the other the score finished 24-14. In a conference that is known for its high scoring these teams don’t adhere to it when playing each other. These are some good defenses and I think they will show it here.
