Cardinals try and keep rolling

NC State has had a solid start to the season with a 3-1 record only losing to an elite Notre Dame squad. They have not looked great this year going 0-4 against the spread. The offense is solid with Brennan Armstrong at the helm but won’t do anything special. The defense is the strength of this team and has been solid outside of the Notre Dame blowout. The pass defense ranks 59th while the rush defense is even better ranked 45th. The offense needs to get more consistent ranked 67th in points

Louisville has looked pretty solid this year starting 4-0 with 3 power 5 wins under their belt. The offense has been the strength of this team behind quarterback Jack Plummer who has 1120 passing yards and 10 touchdowns with 4 interceptions this season. Their running attack has also been great behind Jawhar Jordan who posted 476 yards on the ground with an elite 9.6 yards per carry. The defense is not as good as the offense with a suspect passing defense but ranks top 50 overall.

In our other video we took the Wolfpack to cover their first spread of the season at +3.5. They need to keep this game low scoring led by their elite defense if they want that to happen. I don’t see Louisville putting up too many points on this elite defense and NC State’s offense is not explosive enough to run away with this game. Expect a close low scoring battle.
